During the summer we change Sunday School up a bit for children and youth with Summer in the Story focusing on two Old Testament Bible characters, Abraham and Joseph. In the First Session (June 11 – July 9), children and youth are experiencing stories of Abraham through science, cooking, art, drama, and recreation. Students rotate to a different center each week.

In the Second Session (July 16 – August 13), children and youth will experience stories of Joseph through art, science, drama, recreation, and cooking, rotating to a different center each week.

Summer in the Story is for children in pre-school through 5th grade and youth in 6th through 12th grade.

  • PS = Pre-School
  • K-2 = Kindergarten through Second Grade
  • 3-5 = Third through Fifth Grade
  • 6-12 = Sixth through Twelfth Grade
