We believe that God created us as physical beings and that our bodies are a gift from God. We honor that gift by caring for our whole selves.
Moving On is a low impact exercise program especially designed for senior adults meets three times a week directed by trained leaders.
Cost: $50 per 10-week session for new students, scaling down to $30 per 10-week session.

Walk To Health
Walk to Health is a group-led indoor walking program that follows a video series.
Tai Chi is a form of exercise that involves a series of graceful motions and deep breathing that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Advanced Class Tuesday/Thursday 6pm
Beginner Class Thursday 7pm
