Visiting the Manger on the Longest Night

This season can be a time of heavy emotion for many—and perhaps that is true especially this year. Come and place in the empty manger a piece of cloth that represents a sorrow, a loss, a lament, a grief, a longing. Our gifts of raveled cloth will dress the waiting manger, preparing it for God’s gift of the Christ child at Christmas.
